SHIPPING & RETURNS                                                                                 we ship your orders out 24 to 74 hours after payment.  all orders are sent 24 hour tracked via royal mail or dhl or dpd please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to arrive. for returns please contact our shop via the website. we will accept a return if item is  damaged on arrival only please inform us in the first 24 hours of delivery. you will need to post the item back to us after we have allowed the return and received the item we can offer a replacement for damaged items or a refund if that is not available. please note a crystal is a natural stone therefor it can not be classed as a faulty item meaning returns are only aloud if the item arrives damaged.
